The activities are below are for 1hr 30min per session this include local travelling but assume you provide the venue. If you also provide your own equipment or you are hiring directly from a venue then I would not make a charge and therefore the amount would be reduced. If you go for an activity that requires lots of setup and breakdown of equipment, require me to travel a significant distance or you wish me to provide a venue this incur additional cost. Space require for each activity is detailed below.

If you decide to do more than one activity, then you do not need to pay for the times between the activities assuming they are reasonable e.g. first session 11 to 12.30 second session 1.30 to 3.00. however, if you have something like a dawn hike at 7am and a campfire starting at 8pm, a gap of that size would incur additional travelling costs.

Space required

Archery range, sites may have a designated area or a large open space for a temporary range can be used, minimum size 20 meters by 150 meters.

A variety of bows and arrows in suitable sizes (temporary range equipment if required)

1. Activities

• You must ensure that if you provided activity equipment, it must be checked by one of our qualified staff before we use it. You are responsible for arranging this inspection prior to your session.

2. Cancellation of sessions:

• Failure to provide appropriate and safe equipment where you have agreed to do so will mean your session will not go ahead

•  Please give us at least 7 days notice if you are cancelling activity sessions. failure to do so means you will still be charged for the session.
